ALL-ON-4 / ALL-ON-6
What is all-on-4 / all-on-6?
This method involves the installation of 4 or 6 dental implants at a special angle and the placement of a fixed prosthesis on the implants. The All on 4 construction is fixed, which means that it is not removable, except in the dental office for possible examination, repair, or cleaning.
Indications
This system is particularly indicated in edentulous patients when there is very little bone in the posterior region, which makes classical implant therapy difficult (6 or 8 implants and a fixed ceramic bridge). The All-on-4 / All-on-6 method is based on implantation in the anterior part of the jaw, where there is sufficient bone.
Advantages
The advantage of this method is that it provides edentulous patients with a fixed solution. The construction better mimics natural teeth compared to removable dentures and improves quality of life.

Through an oral examination, the doctor determines if you are a candidate for implant placement and prepares a treatment plan. A detailed general medical history is also used to assess your health and any conditions that need to be managed before the operation. Implants are surgically placed in a single visit under local anesthesia or sedation lasting 1-2 hours, depending on the complexity of the procedure. A temporary prosthesis is placed on the same day for the patient.
COMPLETION OF PROSTHETIC WORK

After approximately 4-6 months, when the remaining bone and soft tissue are fully integrated and remodeled, a permanent restoration is completed.
